Zapier Agents
Build agents that act across 7,000+ apps without code.
Our take
Best when your automations already live in Zapier.
What it is
Zapier Agents is Zapier's take on AI agents. You describe a goal in plain English, and the agent uses Zapier's 7,000+ app integrations to do things — send emails, update CRMs, draft responses, schedule meetings. It is the easiest on-ramp for non-developers who already have Zaps running.
Best for
- Triage your inbox and draft replies
- Research leads and update your CRM
- Schedule meetings based on natural-language instructions
Pros
- 7,000+ app integrations — the largest in the industry
- No code required
- Easy to set up for non-technical users
Cons
- No self-host option — vendor lock-in
- Per-task pricing can get expensive at scale
Quick start
- Sign up at zapier.com (free tier includes 100 tasks/month and single-step Zaps).
- Click "Agents" → "Create your first agent" → describe what it should do in plain English.
- Connect apps: Zaps already linked to your account work automatically; connect Slack / Gmail / HubSpot with one click each.
- Customize the agent's "Tools": pick actions (e.g. "Create HubSpot Contact", "Send Gmail") and the agent decides when to invoke them.
- Test in the playground (~10 free trial runs); turn on for production.
- Plans: Free / Starter $20/mo (750 tasks); Professional $49/mo (2k tasks); Team $99/mo (10k + shared agents).

Should you pick this?
Pick it if Your existing automation stack already runs on Zapier (you have hundreds of Zaps); adding Agents layers AI on top of proven integrations and shortens the learning curve.
Skip it if You need complex branching/looping (Make or n8n are stronger), you need self-hosting (n8n is the standard), or you're a non-Zapier user not needing its 7,000-app reach.
